Last week, the team stayed focused on realigning our strategy and pushing forward with what matters most: building smart and staying lean. Here’s a quick recap of what went down:
Rethinking Revenue
We’re shifting from long-term rentals to short-term, high-yield compute strategies, including exploring internal workloads and AI bots to monetize unused capacity. Morpheus remains a key part of this mix. This is part of the strategy our CTO, Logris has talked about in previous town halls (transcripts available in discord). Software-First Focus
Continued development of our Inference Compute Fabric, moving CETI closer to being a software-led infrastructure layer that scales easily.
Partnership Progress
Still moving forward with potential partnerships, plus ongoing collabs on deck. Our focus is: don’t wait, ship what we can now.
